Janice Souder is a compassionate nurse, community advocate, and proud mother dedicated to serving others with purpose and heart. A graduate of Southern Crescent Technical College with a degree in Nursing, she is committed to making a positive impact in both healthcare and the community. As Co-Founder of Above 50/62, she plays an integral role in advancing the organization's mission to uplift and empower the Black community through advocacy, outreach, and meaningful support initiatives. Janice is passionate about helping others, inspiring change, and building stronger communities every day.

Dr. Brittany Souder is the founder of Above 50/62, Inc, an organization dedicated to serving and uplifting the Black community through advocacy, outreach, and empowerment. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Souder is passionate about creating meaningful impact and providing resources that help individuals and families thrive. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Albany State University and later received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Florida A&M University. With a heart for service and a commitment to her community, Dr. Souder continues to use her education, leadership, and personal experiences to inspire change and support others with compassion and purpose.

Freida Jones is a community advocate, entrepreneur, and accomplished grant writer dedicated to empowering underserved families and youth. As Secretary of Above 50/62, she leverages her expertise in nonprofit development and community outreach to connect organizations with resources that foster meaningful, lasting change.
